A 28-year-old woman from South C, Nairobi County was on Tuesday charged in a Nairobi court for assaulting her 19-year old house help.
Lydia Ntinyari Mutunga inserted a bottle into her maid’s v@g!@ after accusing her of stealing assorted household items valued at 30,000 shillings.
According to the prosecution, the woman returned from work and accused the lady of stealing from her. She then landed on her with kicks and punches.
Later on, she forced her to lie on the carpet and stretch her arms wide before putting the sofa on her hands so as to prevent her from moving. Mutunga then stretched her legs apart and str!pped her n@k3d before inserting a tusker malt bottle into her private parts until she started bleeding.
Mutunga however denied the charges before the Makadara Senior Principal Magistrate and was released on a Sh 80,000 cash bail. The maid is admitted at the Nairobi Women Hospital where she is expected to undergo surgery.
